WEBSITE ORDERS

Do not at any stage take the display of any item on this website as is an offer to sell. Assin is not under any obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. Orders will be acknowledged by phone or email as soon as possible but Assin is under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the specified prices.
In the instance that items you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you by phone or at the email address you provided us when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply any substitute products without your authority.

PAYMENT

When your order is processed, the credit transaction is sent directly to the bank. No records will be kept for any purpose other than verification. Our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL V3 encryption standard.
Payment can be made securely by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Bankcard, Visa or MatsterCard debit. You may also place your order through telephone or fax. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. In case that the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. We may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment including all shipping costs will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

Please Note Macintosh users must place their online orders using Safari or Firefox. These browsers allow us to offer our customers the highest level of security; other browsers prevent users from viewing secure pages during the checkout process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURNS

Any item purchased @ ASSIN.com.au that is unsuitable may be returned within 14 days of the dispatch date. A store credit will be issued.
In order to obtain a credit you must notify Assin by phone +613 9654 0158 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it no later than 48 hours after the goods are received and obtain a Return Authorization.
Goods returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Credits are only issued against the purchase price of any goods and can be used at any Assin store.
Any goods received back within 14 days of dispatch that are not in original condition with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging will not be accepted.
Any goods received back after 14 days of dispatch may not be accepted.

It is advisable to return any goods with due consideration of fragility, either personally or by Registered Post as Assin will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the purchaser’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by Assin only in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

REFUNDS

Any item purchased @ ASSIN.com.au that is legitimately incorrect or deemed to be faulty may be eligible for a refund.
In order to obtain a refund you must contact Assin by phone +613 9654 0158 within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of Assin.
