RETURN POLICY//

Full price purchases through the assin.com.au online store can be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery date.
Return shipment is at the customer's expense and must be sent via a reputable and trackable method. 

A return request must be sent to shop@assin.com.au within 10 days of receipt of goods and a
return authorization number will be issued.

Merchandise must be received in unworn condition with all original tags attached and all original packaging.

Items may only be exchanged for another colour or size in the same style at the same price point.

Sale and reduced price items do not qualify for refund. Other items such as earrings may not qualify for return.

Shipping fees and customs charges are not refundable.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST

Please contact shop@assin.com.au within 10 days of delivery date to request return authorization number.
State the order number and the specific item(s) to be returned. Specify whether the return is for refund or exchange.
We will issue the return authorization number via email. Items received without the issued return authorization
number may be returned to the sender.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items that are lost or damaged in transit do not qualify for refund or exchange.

All returned goods must be sent with a traceable shipping method using a reputable courier. All returned items are
sent at the buyer’s expense with exception only in the instance the item received was not what was ordered. We are
not responsible for delayed or lost return packages.

All international returns must declare “RETURNED GOODS OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” on all customs forms.
Any returns subjected to customs fees may have those fees deducted from the final refund amount.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the original transaction only.
Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original purchase.

Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed and refunds/exchanges to be issued.

Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once the goods are received in the condition stated above an all
conditions are met. Returns received that do not comply with all of the above may be denied at our discretion.

DOMESTIC

Free shipping on all orders Australia wide via Australia Post ‘Express Post’ delivery.

If your delivery address is located within the ‘Express Post Network’ your order will be covered by the
Australia Post ‘Next Day Guarantee’ and will be delivered within 1 business day. Orders placed with delivery
addresses outside the ‘Express Post Network’ will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

Assin can guarantee expediate (same day) order processing and handling however no guarantees can be made on
behalf of Australia Post in regards to ‘on time’ delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

AU$60.00 flat shipping fee for all international orders. Shipping via Australia Post ‘Express Post International’.

Estimated delivery window for all international orders is 4-10 business days.

Assin cannot be held liable for any taxes, duties or tarrifs that are applied by customs in country of purchase.
